As a mother of two, I am passionate about feeding toddlers and babies in a way that is healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable. Birth to two years old is a CRITICAL time for a child's development and nutrition is key. I work with parents to help them learn how to enjoyably feed their infant, toddler, and/or children with confidence.
I graduated with a major Dietetics from Brigham Young University and completed my Dietetic Internship through Utah State University. I passed the Registered Dietitian Exam and earned my credentials in July 2020.
